Dr. Sohal

Dr. Sohal is a board-certified family physician with a special interest in women’s health and over 17 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Family & Community Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident.

After years in family practice—including delivering over 1,000 babies—Dr. Sohal transitioned to full time aesthetics in 2010 to create a better work-life balance after becoming a mom. Since then, she has focused solely on non-surgical aesthetic procedures, specializing in facial balancing and natural-looking results.

Dr. Sohal has also served as a trainer for two leading aesthetic companies, Galderma and Revance, helping providers refine their injectable techniques.

As a seasoned licensed esthetician with more than seven years of industry experience, Abegail brings exceptional skill, precision, and a client-centered approach to Montrose Med Spa. She holds advanced certifications in HydraFacial, SkinPen® microneedling, Jane Iredale skincare makeup, VI Chemical Peels, and ZO® Skin Health, allowing her to provide comprehensive, results-oriented skincare tailored to each client’s specific needs.
